Soy sauce «Teriyaki» is a special sauce, with a bit sweet taste, with ginger and garlic flavor.
The word “Teriyaki” derives from the noun “teri” which refers to a shine or luster, and “yaki” which refers to the cooking method of grilling. Cooking technique is frying or grilling products in the sauce till sugar caramelizes and makes the dish glossy.
This sauce is must have in the kitchen as you can make both special dressings for salads, and marinades for meat, fish, mushrooms and seafood. It perfectly complements any side dishes, dishes with stewed vegetables or meat.

«Kaki No Tane» – is a kind of rice crackers, the recipe and manufacturing technology of which came from Japan. It has a pleasant, slightly spicy taste and an oblong and grainy shape, resembling persimmon seeds by color and shape. This is a successful combination of a traditional Japanese snack with roasted peanuts. These crackers are perfect for snacking throughout the day, or for serving at friendly gatherings or festive events. The name «Kaki No Tane» comes from the fact that these rice crackers by shape and color resemble the seeds (종, tane) of persimmon (柿, kaki).
