“Kim Chi” Sauce

“Kim Chi” Sauce is a thick and hot sauce with spices aroma. This sauce is traditionally used in Korean cuisine as a basis for marinade for Beijing cabbage and many other national dishes. Japanese serve this sauce with sushi, sashimi, and rolls. A drop of sauce is added to soups, vegetable and meat stews. This hot condiment is used in more than 100 dishes of Korean cuisine. Some cooks call this condiment the “Korean Adjika “.
