Chicken breast with soy sauce and ginger

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 300 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Grounded or fresh ginger – 20 g
  • Soy sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 30 ml (3 table spoons )
  • Oil – 1,5 table spoons

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken breast, and then cut it into pieces about 3 cm wide.
  2. Pour oil into the pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes so that it does not become too dry!It should be raw, but with a crust.
  3. Grate ginger or cut into small pieces.
  4. Add ground black pepper, ground ginger to the meat, pour soy sauce.
  5. Put the pan on the fire and stew the meat for 5-7 minutes.Make the fire minimal.
