Fresh rolls from rice paper

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper TM Hokkaido Club – 8 pcs
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Salad leaves – 2-3 pcs
  • Salmon – 50 g
  • Tuna – 50 g
  • Teriyaki sauce or Balsamic sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 50 ml

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the vegetables. Cut into thin strips.
  2. Cut salmon and tuna in cubes.
  3. Wash and dry salad leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper in warm water according to instructions.
  5. Wrap all ingredients into the roll.
  6. Divide the finished rolls into portions, cut in half, serve with Teriyaki, Balsamic sauces or according to your taste.
