Pour warm water over the rice vermicelli and leave for 7 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of olive oil to a pan over high heat, pour eggs in a thin stream, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, fry and set aside on a plate.Do not salt!
Meanwhile, cut onion, carrot and pepper into strips.Chop the garlic.
In a pan with a thick bottom or frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion, carrot and garlic over high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is golden.
Add pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes more. Add 1 table spoon of soy sauce and mix everything.
Transfer all the vegetables to a plate, add 1 tea spoon of oil to the same pan, and fry the shrimp until golden.
Then, when the shrimps get bright color, add all the other ingredients to them.
Drain water from rice vermicelli, rinse with cold water and add to the rest of ingredients on the frying pan. After you combine vegetables, shrimps, eggs, vermicelli and mix thoroughly, add Teriyaki sauce, sugar and broth. Mix and cook for another 3-5 minutes. until the vermicelli becomes soft and the broth has almost evaporated.
