Rice vermicelli with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Rice vermicelli TM Hokkaido Club – 200 g
  • Carrot – 1,5 pcs
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Rice vinegar TM Hokkaido Club – 2 tea spoon
  • Soy sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 3 table spoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 table spoons

COOKING RECIPE:

  1. Pour boiling water to vermicelli for 5 minutes, add salt.Then rinse it for about a minute in cold water.
  2. Cut the carrot, pepper, cucumber into thin strips, chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the carrots and pepper for a short time, so that the vegetables become slightly soft.At the end of frying, add garlic.
  4. Mix vermicelli with sautéed vegetables and cucumber.
  5. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar to taste.
  6. Dish can be served with various sauces from TM Hokkaido Club, especially Barbeque, Teriyaki, Sweet chili or Mango chili.
