Roll with smoked salmon

Ingredients:

  • Nori TM Hokkaido Club – 0,5 pc
  • Smoked salmon – 100 g
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Salad leaves – 1 pc
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
  • Avocado – 0,5 pc
  • Mint and cilantro leaves – to taste
  • Wasabi TM Hokkaido Club – 30 g

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Peel avocado and remove the core.
  2. Wash and chop salad leaves, greens and vegetables. Slice the salmon.
  3. Wet the nori with water, put all the ingredients on it in layers.
  4. Add wasabi, cream cheese or Japanese mayonnaise if desired.
  5. Carefully wrap the roll.Cut the roll into 6 parts, put on a plate.
