Salad with light dressing from honey and soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • Arugula – 1 bunch
  • Lead salad – 1 bunch
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc
  • Red onions – 1/2 pc
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
  • Sesame TM Hokkaido Club – 30 g
  • Pumpkin or sunflower seeds – 10 g

For the dressing:

  • Olive oil (linseed) – 2 table spoons
  • French grain mustard – 1 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 table spoons
  • Honey – 2 table spoons
  • Soy sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 20 g
  • Teriyaki sauce from TM Hokkaido Club – 20 g – if you wish

Cooking method:

Wash the salad and tear it with your hands. We must do it with our hands, as in this case the structure of the greens loses fewer vitamins.

Cut the rest of the vegetables with a knife in any shape.

For dressing, take the proposed ingredients and mix them in a separate container. If you like a thinner dressing, add more butter and soy sauce.

Mix the prepared ingredients with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
