3 hard-boiled eggs
1 small bunch of green onions
100 g of cabbage

STEP BY STEP COOKING RECIPE:
Prepare the dressing: fry ginger, turmeric, shallots, garlic, nuts in hot oil.Add all ingredients to a blender, grind to a paste state.
Boil the chicken until ready with the addition of lime and ginger.
Heat the oil in a pan.Add the ginger-nut mixture and fry lightly to infuse the spices with aroma.Then add the mixture to the pot with the chicken along with the white pepper and sugar.
Remove the chicken from the pan and fry in hot oil.Finely chop the fried chicken.
Finely chop the celery, green onion, shallot, and cabbage.
Fry the shallots in a pan.
Cut the lime into pieces.Place vermicelli, chicken, celery, cabbage, green onion, and half an egg on a plate.Add hot broth.Sprinkle fried onions on top of the dish.Garnish with a slice of lime.
