Spring roll with eel and mix salad

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper TM Hokkaido Club – 2 pcs
  • Salad mix – 50 g
  • Smoked eel – 40 g
  • Cream cheese – 40 g
  • Cucumber – 20 g
  • Sesame TM Hokkaido Club – 2 tea spoon
  • Soy sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 20 ml
  • Unagi sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 20 ml

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the rice paper for 1 minute in hot water.
  2. Tear the salad mix into sheets.
  3. Remove the skin, and cut the eel into pancake bars.
  4. Peel the cucumber, remove seeds, cut into strips.
  5. Divide all ingredients into 2 parts.Wrap lettuce leaves in rice paper, spread with cream cheese, then lay out cucumber and eel, wrap everything in an envelope, add Unagi sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal!
