Spring roll with vegetables and tofu

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper TM Hokkaido Club – 5 pcs
  • Carrot – 2 pcs
  • Leeks – 1 pc
  • Celery – 50 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
  • Cilantro (coriander), parsley – to taste
  • Balsamic sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 3-5 table spoons
  • Tofu cheese – 100 g

Cooking method:

  1. Soak rice paper in hot water for a minute.Place on a wide plate or board.
  2. Prepare, clean and cut the vegetables into long thin bars or straws.Cut the cheese into wider bars.
  3. Put some vegetables, greens and 1-2 bars of cheese in each sheet of soaked rice paper.Sprinkle a little balsamic sauce.Wrap with an envelope.
  4. Cut each envelope diagonally, put to a plate.

Serve with Balsamic, Sweet Chili sauce or your own sauce to taste.
