Vegetable salad with sesame and soy sauce

Prepare all the ingredients, wash the vegetables. For the salad you will need:

  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • Carrot – 1 pc
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc
  • Green onions – a few leaves
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Red chili pepper – ¼ of a small pod or to taste
  • Dill greens – to taste
  • White sesame TM Hokkaido Club – 0,5 table spoon
  • For the dressing:
  • Soy sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 2 table spoons
  • Rice vinegar TM Hokkaido Club – 1 table spoon
  • Sugar – 1 tea spoon
  • Sunflower oil – 1 table spoon
  •  Salt to taste
  • Black pepper grounded – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Chop cucumbers, carrots, peppers and green onions into small strips.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds.Then combine all the vegetables, greens and sesame seeds in one container.
  3. To make the dressing, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sunflower oil, salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Dress the salad, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
