Ingredients:
- Rice paper TM Hokkaido Club – 8 pcs
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
- Cucumber – 1 pc
- Salad leaves – 2-3 pcs
- Salmon – 50 g
- Tuna – 50 g
- Teriyaki sauce or Balsamic sauce TM Hokkaido Club – 50 ml
Cooking method:
- Peel the vegetables. Cut into thin strips.
- Cut salmon and tuna in cubes.
- Wash and dry salad leaves.
- Soak rice paper in warm water according to instructions.
- Wrap all ingredients into the roll.
- Divide the finished rolls into portions, cut in half, serve with Teriyaki, Balsamic sauces or according to your taste.
